Send Your Project
You
Share your product type, size, quantity and country — by form, email or WhatsApp. A rough idea, a sketch, or a link to a product you like is enough to start.
We
Reply with questions if anything's unclear, then send an itemized quote within 24 hours, including cost-saving suggestions.

Approve Quote & Files
You
Confirm the quote and send your artwork (PDF/AI preferred; we accept Canva exports too). Don't have a design? Our designers can create one.
We
Run a free pre-press check — bleed, resolution, color mode, dielines — and prepare a GMG digital proof for your approval.
Sample & Confirm
You
Review your free sample. Request tweaks if needed; we'll re-sample until it's right.
We
Produce and dispatch your physical sample in about 3 days, free. Mass production starts only after your written approval.
Production, QC & DDP Delivery
You
Pay the 30% deposit, then sit back — you'll receive production updates and a final inspection report with photos.
We
Print, finish, inspect and pack your order, then ship DDP door-to-door — including Amazon FBA warehouses with FNSKU labels. You pay the balance before shipment.

Production after your approval
Timeline values are typical for most projects; complex crafts (pop-up, magnet, foil) may add a few days, and shipping times are estimates for major markets. Your quote includes exact dates.
Payments
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, major credit cards, and Trade Assurance orders through Alibaba.com. Standard terms: 30% deposit to schedule production, balance before shipment. Invoices and contracts provided for every order.

Your artwork belongs to you. We never reprint or resell a client's design, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share files.
