No. We can quote from rough specs, a sketch, or even a photo of a similar product. Artwork only becomes necessary at the sampling stage.

Yes. Beyond free artwork checks and dielines, our designers can lay out your book or card deck from your content, or create a design from scratch. Design fees are quoted separately and simply.

Yes — unit prices drop in tiers (500 / 1,000 / 5,000+ pcs). If your project is near a tier break, we'll show you both prices so you can decide.

Yes — books, decks and boxes produced in the same run can share quantity tiers. We'll show combined-tier pricing in your quote when it saves you money.

Most of our clients started with a first order. We guide you through specs, sampling, shipping and customs — and DDP delivery means no paperwork surprises at your border.

Print-ready PDF or AI files, CMYK color mode, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed. Don't worry if that sounds technical — every file gets a free pre-press check, and we'll fix small issues at no charge.

Yes. Export as PDF Print with "crop marks and bleed" enabled, and we'll check it for you. We can also provide free templates with correct dimensions and bleed for your project.

Yes — we prepare free dielines and templates for your specific size and binding once your project is confirmed. Common sizes are available on our templates page.

You do. We print only with the copyright owner's permission and never reuse or resell client designs. NDAs welcome.

Yes — send files any time via the quote form or WeTransfer. You'll get a free pre-press report the same day, with any fixes itemized.

300 dpi at final print size. A quick check: zoom to 100% in your design tool — if it looks sharp on screen at that zoom, it will print sharp.

Yes — your first physical sample is free. (Courier fees may apply depending on your location, and the fee is often deducted from your bulk order.)

About 3 days to produce, plus courier transit (typically 3–5 days by express). Digital GMG proofs arrive faster — within 24 hours.

Yes — your approved sample becomes the production standard. Our GMG color system keeps mass-production color within 95% accuracy against what you approved, and your final inspection report documents it.

Yes — two material or finish variants on one sample round is common (e.g. matte vs linen cards). We'll quote the small adder upfront.

Yes — approved specs stay on file, so reorders skip sampling and go straight to production, matched to your previous edition.

After sample approval: 10–15 days for 500–1,000 pcs, 15–20 days for 1,000–5,000 pcs, 20–30 days for 5,000+ pcs. Complex crafts (pop-up, foil, magnet) may add a few days. Exact dates are written into your quote.

Four layers: free file check before plating → GMG proof → pre-production sample you approve → in-line inspection plus a final inspection report with photos before shipment. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified with dedicated QC inspectors on every order — see Factory & Equipment and our child-safety standards.

If a defect is caused by our production, we take responsibility — reprinting the affected quantity. Your final inspection report protects both of us: you see the goods before they ship.

Yes — just ask. We routinely share production photos, and video updates are available for first-time clients.

Small changes before printing plates are made are usually free. Once mass production runs, changes mean restarting — which is why the sample approval step exists.

We plan imposition so SKUs share paper and setup efficiently — mixed-SKU runs are one of the fastest ways to cut unit cost.

Yes. We handle FNSKU labeling, carton marking and FBA delivery requirements daily, and ship DDP straight to Amazon fulfillment centers in the US, UK and EU.

With DDP shipping — we do. The price we quote includes duties and taxes, so nothing surprises you at the border.

DDP shipments carry standard carrier coverage, and higher-value cargo insurance can be arranged per order — ask when reviewing your quote.

Yes — we can store your production run and dispatch in waves to your warehouse or FBA as you sell through stock.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to schedule production, balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, major credit cards, and Trade Assurance orders through Alibaba.com for extra payment protection.

Documented with photos, we'll assess and make it right — through reprint, credit toward your next order, or refund for the affected portion. Our packaging is designed for sea-freight protection as standard.

Before plates are made — fully refundable. After production materials are committed, we itemize what's recoverable; the earlier you tell us, the more comes back.

After two completed orders, qualifying clients can discuss partial net terms — raised with your account manager, not the fine print.
